Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using EzVibe (“the Service”) you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, stop using the Service. We may update these Terms; continued use after notice of changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Service Description

EzVibe is an AI cloud IDE that provides sandboxed container environments for running code, a Claude-powered agent that can read, write, and execute code on your behalf, file storage, preview hosting, and related developer tooling. The Service is provided as-is and subject to change.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use EzVibe only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Execute illegal code or use sandboxes to attack third-party systems
  • Mine cryptocurrency or perform other resource-intensive workloads outside normal development use
  • Attempt to escape the sandbox, access other users’ workspaces, or exploit infrastructure
  • Host or distribute malware, spam, or abusive content
  • Circumvent rate limits, quotas, or billing controls

Violations may result in immediate account suspension.

4. Your Content & Ownership

You retain full ownership of all code, files, and data you create or upload to EzVibe. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. You grant EzVibe a limited licence to store and process your content solely to operate the Service.

5. Sandboxes & Availability

Sandboxes are ephemeral compute environments. We snapshot idle workspaces to reduce costs (Free tier: after 10 minutes idle). We make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but do not guarantee uptime. Data loss is possible; back up anything critical. We reserve the right to hibernate, migrate, or purge sandboxes for operational reasons.

6. Billing & Plans

EzVibe offers Free, Pro ($20/mo), and Team ($60/mo) plans. Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Usage beyond plan quotas may result in overage charges or throttling. You may cancel at any time; no refunds are provided for partial billing periods. All prices are in USD and subject to change with 30 days’ notice.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse resources, or remain inactive for an extended period. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days unless required by law to retain it.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EzVibe and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including loss of data, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability in any event is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to These Terms

We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
